Most inspection companies inspect one vehicle. If that vehicle turns out to be a bad purchase, the customer may have to pay full price again to inspect another. CARMEPX gives qualified dealership and auction buyers another option.

The customer registers a primary vehicle and one backup vehicle at the same dealership, auction yard, or approved inspection location.

We Begin With Vehicle #1

The inspector starts with the primary vehicle. If serious deal-breaking problems are discovered early, the inspector documents those findings and may stop the remaining inspection steps.n

Step 3

We Move to Vehicle #2

The inspector continues with the registered backup vehicle at the same location and completes the full inspection.

Do I need to be present?

Customers who select CARMEPX Dual Vehicle Inspection Protection may register a backup vehicle at the same approved location. If qualifying major issues are found early on Vehicle #1, the inspector may document those findings and continue with Vehicle #2.

Is a road test always included?

A road test is completed only when included in the selected package and when permission, safety, vehicle operability, and applicable insurance requirements allow it.

Is the inspection a guarantee?

No. The inspection documents the observed condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. It is not a warranty or guarantee against future problems.

How will I receive the report?

The completed report will be delivered electronically using the contact information provided during checkout.

What payments are accepted?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Guest checkout must remain enabled.n

Can I cancel or receive a refund?
